Myself born in July, 1984 at Katwa, West Bengal, India. I obtained my B.Sc (in 2005) and M.Sc (in 2007) from The University of Burdwan, West Bengal. I received my Ph.D. degree in 2013 from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur under the supervision of Prof. Sabysachi Sarkar. Then, I worked as a post-doctoral research associate with Professor Israel Goldberg at the Tel Aviv University, Israel (2013-2014) and then with Prof. K. W. Hipps and Prof. Ursula Mazur at Washington State University, USA (2015-2016). I joined the Department of Chemistry at the Katwa College in June, 2017 as an assistant professor and have been working till date.
